Inc., in
Houston ,
Texas ,
USA
in
1995 with the vision of providing
Enterprise System Management (ESM) services to
help ESM product
companies resell, service and support their
customers more effectively.
Over the last decade, he has been successful in
building extremely
strong partnerships with leading ESM vendors such
as BMC Software and NetIQ, Solutions
from
Attachmate.
In
2006, Chids decided to expand SYBOR’s operations
by establishing a
subsidiary in
Bangalore ,
India
.
He has been instrumental in setting up
the
India
operations and bringing together a dynamic
management team
that will drive growth in the region as well as
service worldwide customers.
KCS Menon, MD
Mr. KCS Menon has been one
of the pioneers in the IT Industry
in
India
right from 1965. Having trained by IBM WTC and ICL
he has
extensively
worked on all their machines like IBM 1401, IBM
360, IBM 370,
ICL 1900 series and developed and implemented
various
Applications for all types
of organizations like
Manufacturing,
Marketing,
Banking and Financial companies in both Public and
Private Sectors.
As CEO he has a very good
track record of setting up and
running
Data Processing Centres
like Nucleus Systems, Bangalore;
Coromandel Computer
Services at Madras,
Visakhapatnam
and
Calicut
with the then state-of-the-art in-house processing
facilities and employing
more than 50 computer
professionals.
Has had experience of
managing Systems Engineering and
Support
division of M/s HCL Ltd. for
about three years.
Has been the founder
Chairman of Bangalore Educational
Trust
(Regd.) and set up two
colleges in Bangalore - BET
Pre- University
College
( for 11th
and
12 class Karnataka PU Board courses ) and BET
College
of Management
& Science a First Grade college affiliated to
Bangalore
University
offering B.Sc, B.Com; BBM and BCA courses.
The
colleges were started in 1990-91 and maintain high
standard inacademic
and co- curricular activities.
He
has a Master’s in Mathematics
from Kerala University.

from manufacturing to IT. He has Experience in

environments.
His

Management, Sales and
marketing, Vendor Management, Project Management,
Process Improvements,
Strategic and Business Planning and Organizational
Development.
He has played a key role in
the establishment and growth of

start-ups in
India and
USA.
Sriram B.S, GM
Operations
Sriram is an Electrical
Engineer fromBangalore, with
vast experience of over 25 years in all the areas
related to Computer Hardware and Systems.
Throughout the career has widely traveled and has
had successful stints with national and
international government establishments and major
private corporate entities. Has initiated
technology start-ups in industrial automation, new
technology solutions viz., Smart Card, RFID &
Biometrics, wireless networks and so on. Has been
member of many prestigious trade organizations and
associations.
He
has vast experience in varied areas of Information
Technology, Aviation and Biotechnology,
where the common goal has been to establish and
sustain Knowledge based industry, which forms
sustained business continuity for an organization
with a road map to grow in to a mega-corp.
